Gmail Team Apologizes For Mail Error

We feel your pain, and we’re sorry. These are the words from the Official Gmail Blog for users that are encountering Gmail 502 service error, which were apparently caused by a temporary outage in Gmail’s contacts system.

Temporary Error (502)

We’re sorry, but your Gmail account is currently experiencing errors. You won’t be able to use your account while these errors last, but don’t worry, your account data and messages are safe. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue.

Please try accessing your account again in a few minutes.

I hope this error becomes less as more people depend on their email and basically has made Gmail their primary email service provider. Our corporate google partnerpage email also is experiencing similar problems, alhough not as frequent as the free Gmail account.
