Gmail gets tweak, loads faster

May 18, 2008 · Filed Under Technology, Web

It is an interesting development to see that the Gmail team continuously improves Gmail performance. The latest of which is the reduction of http requests and caching some items so that your Gmail experience will be faster than before.I have noticed it for several days that Gmail has indeed loaded faster. If you are using a slow internet connection, you can see a progress bar while the inbox loads.

Read more about it from the official Gmail blog, here.
