Freeze and restart issues with Ipod Nano 3rd generation?

I was about to buy a Ipod Nano 3rd generation this weekend, but luckily, I have done some research regarding other peoples’ experience with this new “fat nano”.

The most common problem users would experience is the freeze and restart, even when you update the iPod software. If you think this is an isolated case, head over to this link and see other people experiencing the same problem.
