Would UTube stand a chance with Youtube?

An article from Mashable.com states that Utube (a company that sells tubes, pipes and other machinery) has sued Youtube (video sharing site) for “using its name” and downtime caused by users searching for Youtube and landing in their website instead. UTube reported that such downtime is causing them to lose money.

Different Degrees of Windows Vista Readiness
