Windows Media Player 11 (WMP11) final version released

Windows Media Player 11 goes out of the beta and into its final version.

The installer is a 24.5MB exe file (which you can also open with winrar and find interesting things inside). I have noticed that you need to be connected to the Internet upon launching setup, and need to reboot your machine in order for the updates to take effect.

I have been using Media Player 11 beta for quite some time and I really love the features.  The final windows media player layout is definitely better than the beta. Gone are the green-colors that were trademark of previous versions of the media player.
