Internet Explorer 7 - From Beta to RC1
Microsoft Corporation has finally released Internet Explorer RC1 (release candidate 1) after going thru several months of being in the Beta stage. The exact version as of this writing is IE7.0.5700.6 RC1.
Of course, be sure that you are using a genuine Windows XP operating system as the installation checks for that.
The big question is, will people shift from Internet Explorer 6 into Internet Explorer 7? Or would try trust their Internet browsing to Firefox?
I’m still wary of shifting to Internet Explorer 7 as I had encountered incompatibilities while doing a test on how it will open my Sonicwall configuration page. At the end of the day, I went back to IE6.
Let me hear your experience on IE7. Download it here.
